A disabled man in India, Kawsar Hossain, has shown his unconditional love for his daughter after he saved money for two years to buy a dress she had wished to have.
According to Indian Times reports, the dotting father who became incapacitated after he lost his right hand in an accident 10 years ago and caters for his family through what he gets from begging, managed to save the money for the whole of two years and after getting the dress for his daughter, he had to borrow a phone to take his daughter a photo.
The Times report has it that Hossain’s demonstration of his unconditional love and dedication to his daughter was captured by an Indian photographer, GMB Akash, who shared the touching story on social media to describe what it means to be a parent.
Hossain reveals that while he was able to save the money for two years, it was not easy, as he and his daughter would sometimes go home empty handed.
On those occasions, he said, they would walk silently, unlike on those occasions when they would happily talk about their dreams after getting something from the streets.
He adds that he had to borrow a mobile phone from his neighbor so he could take a picture of his daughter in her new dress in order to make the day memorable for her.
Hossain ended his narrative by saying: “But today is different; because today my daughter is very happy. Today, this father is not a beggar. Today this father is a king and here is his princess.”
